About this property

Set amongst native trees on the golden sands of Sullivans Beach, just around the corner from Paihia centre, Bay of Islands Beachhouse offers luxurious apartments overlooking the beach and the islands. Each apartment has its own patio and terrace with barbecue facilities and beautiful gardens. All apartments are individually decorated and come with fully equipped kitchens or a kitchenette, flat-screen TV and a CD/DVD player. Paihia Beachhouse has 2 kayaks and a small boat for your use. You can walk down the private pathway onto Sullivans Beach to catch some fish or have a safe swim. All local activities can be booked including day tours, parasailing, jet skiing, canoeing, fishing and sailing. Waitangi Treaty Grounds and Waitangi Golf Club are only a 5-minute drive from Bay of Islands Beachhouse Apartments.

Dear future guests, It's always difficult to say, why your property stands out from others, the only thing I can come up with, is that the Lord blessed me in buying this beautiful Beachfront property around 30 years ago. So it's the beach area and the views and God's beautiful nature, which is available for you to enjoy, native pigeons, tui's waking you up, and the sound of gentle waves, coming up from the beach towards your bedroom. I can say honestly, there are only a few who can say in Paihia central, we are absolute beachfront. We can and we are....., no public road in front of us.
