Property information

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, first floor apartment is ready for your getaway or for a family and friends visit. All high-end designer furnishings throughout the apartment for a luxurious stay. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a single trundler underneath, so you can sleep 5 guests ( on request). Original features are scattered throughout the apartment which adds to the charm of Kaiapoi’s Historic BNZ bank building. It has been lovingly restored from top to bottom and is now the focal point of the best riverside town in NZ.

Neighbourhood information

Location is central and in walking distance to all shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, everything you need on your doorstep for you stay. You are in the heart of Kaiapoi in North Canterbury. A trip to the wineries is only 30 minutes north by car and the same to Christchurch City to explore what there is to offer.
