2 minutes from the heart of Te Awamutu and 30 minutes from Hamilton, we are central to all things Waikato. Perfect for a quiet weekend retreat or a quick stop over on your journey. Our modern unit features its own private entrance and covered patio area. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed which can be closed off from the lounge with double doors. In the separate lounge room there is an additional double pullout sofa bed. The bathroom is clean with modern facilities. A heat pump in the unit provides comfort all year round. A continental breakfast of Juice, fruit, a selection of cereals, condiments and bread for toasting will be provided, along with tea, coffee and hot chocolate drinks. There is also a nespresso coffee machine for your enjoyment. The covered patio area is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. An outdoor kitchen is now available with both hot and cold running water, a BBQ and plenty of seating for year round alfresco dining. House trained dogs are welcome and we have a fully fenced, secure area to keep them contained. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet, so we can plan for their arrival. Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the unit for extended periods of time, as this can cause undue stress on the animal in an unfamiliar environment.
