There is a King Size bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper-sofa in the living area of the guesthouse. New Aircon/heat pump in the unit. The bathroom has a toilet, shower over 3/4 bath. There is a separate small kitchen with organic free-range eggs. The guesthouse is a 1 minute walk to the reserve, where there is a boat ramp and wharf for fishing off. At the end of the street there is the Huharua reserve, and a beautiful loop walk/cycle around the Omokoroa Cycleway. Omokoroa is a 1-2km walk away, along the cycle track. Or a 5 minute drive. Tauranga/Bethlehem is a 10 minute drive from the house. Our family live in the main house, which is above the carport. We have 2 sons aged 13/11. There is a basketball hoop you're welcome to use, and a swing/treehouse out the front of your deck area. Please note - there is a train track in close proximity (about 100m) from the house. It is a lovely quiet neighbourhood, with loads of fun outdoor activities nearby
