One latest One Cool Place is situated on Level 6 of Shed 20 the Penthouse suite of Level 6, you can’t get any higher. We bought this place early in 2024 and decided to fully renovate it, We ripped out the bathroom, kitchen and flipped the bedroom around and extended it. The kitchen is modern and now more functional, with a stove, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Fridge.Frezzer, Fully set up if you feel like cooking. We completely re-arranged the bathroom and installed a bath which we raised so you can look out the window and catch the last rays of the day, As you see from the Photos its a really cool space. With the bedroom we decided to flip the bed 90deg so you can look out the windows while lying in bed if you wish, extended it so you now have a luggage shelve behind you, USB charging ports above you head, Super King Size extremely comfy bed ( we have been using the same bed for since 2022 and get great feedback on the bed and the sleep our guests get. Folding doors to close off the bedroom from the lounge if one of you wants to sleep but one wants to watch a movie. Separate access to the bathroom from the Kitchen so you don’t go past the bed to get to the bathroom. Since this place has a high curved feeling we went all out and installed a Home Theater system with theater style electric chairs for your comfort. Then above you is a massive projector to give you a high quality picture on the drop down screen. Then 6 feeling speakers and ground s[peaker to give you epic surround sound. Come early 2025 we will also install a Mason Ridge hot tub so book now for next year and enjoy soaking in the Hot tub while watching the world go by.

Neighbourhood information

This really is an amazing location. Turn right out of Shed 20 and you are immediately in the entertainment hub of The Viaduct, home to some of Auckland's most iconic restaurants such as Soul Bar and Bistro. Nearby North Wharf has a raft of amazing waterfront bars and restaurants. Turn left and you are in the newly created Britomart precinct for amazing shopping, cafes and restaurants. Or grab a lime scooter and zip along the waterfront to Mission Bay. From your private deck you can see the ferries heading off to explore. Stroll round and catch one to hear the stunning birdsong on Tiritir Matangi or simply pop over to Waiheke Island and sample their emerald waters and world class wineries and restaurants. Or why not jump on an Onzo bike or Lime scooter and whizz down to Mission Bay for a swim and lunch.
