Ground-floor units have been newly renovated at the end of 2023. All studios are equipped with air-conditioning, heating, 32-inch TVs with SKY channels, and ironing facilities. Free WiFi access and free private parking is available. Each studio at Royal Park Lodge Auckland has been refurbished in 2018 and equipped with air-conditioning, 32-inch TV with 50 plus satellite channels, ironing facilities and heating. All rooms feature a kitchenette and dining area. The large modern bathrooms include a hairdryer. Some rooms also feature a spa bath. Royal Park Lodge is situated just 800 metres from Greenlane Railway Station, while the bus stop is just 70 metres away. Ellerslie Conference Centre, ASB Showground, Alexandra Park and Cornwell Park are all within 1.5 km of the motel.
