Waimate Cottage Charming rustic cottage with private patio & garden area provides the ideal peaceful setting in Waimate North, an area steeped in history. Upstairs, a queen & two king singles. Downstairs a modern kitchen and washing machine, lounge has a sofa bed, outside is table seating and a bbq on patio surrounded by natives and gardens. Wifi, games, plenty of space, parking for a boat and easy access to Paihia, Kerikeri and Waitangi make it ideal for couples or families. PET FRIENDLY
Jane and Craig have lived in Waimate North for the past 8 years, Originally in the Cottage before building the main house. They enjoy sharing the special space with guests and making their stay as comfortable as possible. They have 3 dogs and enjoy the garden and creative hobbies.
Waimate North is perfectly situated to be able to access a wide variety of activities. The beaches and water sports at Paihia and the treaty grounds at Waitangi are 20mins away. Kerikeri with its wide variety of cafes, restaurants, art galleries, cinema and the Packhouse markets are also 20mins away. The Twin cycle trail is based in Kaikohe just 10mins down the road and Cape Reinga a two hour drive. Hiking and forest walks also close by.
