Guests will be happy to find Newtown Beach within easy walking distance from the apartment. Ideally, Mactan-Cebu International Airport is just a 15-minute ride away. Our apartments are furnished with a full kitchen complete with dining and cooking utensils to help you prepare your own meals, fully airconditioned home, hot shower, washing machine, and a dedicated broadband internet. Guest have access to the swimming pool and beach. Gym, sauna rooms and tennis court are available to guests staying 6 months and up.
