A comfortable 51 m² apartment, ideal for 1–4 people, located in the da Vinci housing estate, inspired by the work of Leonardo da Vinci. The apartment is fully equipped and is perfect for both short and long tourist stays or business trips. It consists of a large living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, and a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The flat comes with a parking space in the garage on level -1. The living room has a sofa bed, while the bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building equipped with a lift. An additional advantage is the spacious terrace and garden, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
The flat is well connected to the city centre. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the market square by tram. The Tarczyński Arena stadium is 4 tram stops away (5 minutes). There are many shops and service outlets in the area (pharmacy, café, pizzeria, bakery, restaurant serving home-cooked meals).
