The house is located directly on the Skotawa River, in the buffer zone of the Słupia Valley Landscape Park. It has 4 bedrooms, a living room, a TV room, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies, 2 terraces. In the garden there is a sauna and jacuzzi, a barbecue and a covered sitting area. The house is an independent facility, with a large garden, fully fenced. The garden opens directly to the river, where you can fish, swim and admire nature. The area around is rich in bicycle routes and walking paths. Kayaking is also well developed. Rafting on the Skotawa River (on which the house is located) or the Słupia River (which is 10 km away from the house and through which you can reach the Baltic Sea) are a very popular form of recreation in these areas. A very good base for trips to seaside towns, such as Ustka, Rowy, Łeba. There are several very interesting and clean lakes nearby: Krzynia, Dobra, Wiedze. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required upon arrival. Cash payment. The amount paid will be refunded upon check-out after checking the condition of the property. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi: we charge a fee of PLN 3 for each KW used. There is a submeter next to the sauna and jacuzzi, the balance of which is recorded on the day of arrival. After the stay, we calculate the amount of electricity used and deduct this amount from the deposit.
