If you wish to have your room cleaned, simply let us know at reception. Dorms are cleaned daily.

Please note that this property does not accept cash payments.

In our shared dormitories, we limit stays to 14 nights, prohibit guests under 18, prohibit pets, and reserve the right to cancel non-compliant bookings.

To receive a VAT invoice, provide the company details and tax ID. For prepaid non-refundable rates, contact us immediately after booking, or the invoice will be issued to the booking person.

Please note that all guests with children need to provide a valid ID for the children at check-in.

We reserve the right to pre-authorize the stored credit card upon receipt of the booking.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
