- The condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a USD 500 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to USD1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors. - Lost keys are a replacement fee of USD300. - Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
