Welcome to the 5th Element Espartal, where natural tranquility meets contemporary sophistication. Tucked away in the serene Espartal region, this ground-floor, two-bedroom apartment offers a harmonious blend of modern design and natural beauty. The apartment features two welcoming bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The elegant king bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub and bidet. Natural light floods the open living spaces, creating an inviting ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a large fridge with a freezer, perfect for culinary enthusiasts. » If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply .In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
