To complete the good outdoor spaces, the property has a wonderful shared swimming pool with an infinity sea view and a hot tub where you can take your stress-free bath in comfort. The house is located in the southwest of the island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Nearby is a small grocery store where you can do some shopping. The house is 6 minutes from Ponta do Sol village centre. Here you will find several restaurants, a café, and some shops. In Ribeira Brava, which is a 10-minute drive from the property, there are supermarkets and some local shops. The airport is 40 minutes by car and the city of Funchal is 25 minutes.
