Inside • Bedrooms (2): direct access to the pool, AC hot/cold, wooden shutters, USB-C outlets; soft bed linen and duvets. • Living room: sofa bed, Smart TV (cable) + Netflix, books and games; Marshall speaker. • Kitchen: fully equipped (capsule + drip coffee, Nespresso Aeroccino, toaster, electric kettle) and essentials. Tea and coffee available. • Bathroom: comfortable shower, Castelbel toiletries and ionic hair dryer. • Extras: iron and ironing board. Outdoors Private garden with exclusive pool and a covered pergola. Location Supermarkets, cafés, bakeries and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. Free on-street parking. Driven by a love for design and hosting, I designed Casa da Zu to feel like home: comfortable spaces, thoughtful details and a simple, elegant stay. I provide in-person check-in and, if you wish, I’ll share my favorite local spots — from restaurants to beaches and scenic walks. I live in a separate house next door, so I’m close by if you need anything, while always respecting your privacy. My goal is to make your stay easy and memorable.

Parede is a quiet residential area between Carcavelos/Estoril and Cascais, with supermarkets, cafés, bakeries and restaurants within easy reach. Parede and Avencas beaches are a 15-minute walk, and the oceanfront promenade is perfect for walking or cycling towards Carcavelos and Cascais. Parede train station (5 minutes on foot) offers direct connections to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré) and Cascais, so you can explore without a car. In around 20 minutes (by car or public transport) you’ll be in Lisbon, Cascais or Sintra — great for culture, shopping, surfing and nature trails.
