Our apartment is right next to Carcavelos beach and NOVA SBE University. Light filled living room and kitchen areas with an amazing alfresco terrace. This is a superb lifestyle address. Close to iconic Carcavelos beach, enjoy a day on the beach, surf all year (plenty of surf schools), enjoy its coffee shops and restaurants, go run, exercise, enjoy life! 5 mins walking to NOVA SBE. Walking distance to trains for rapid downtown trips, Cascais and connection to Sintra village by public transport. Relax at our two bedrooms spacious apartment, with two bathrooms, a kitchen and an excellent living room connected to a sunny terrace to enjoy the afternoon sun, a drink at sunset and dinner under the sky. Now some details that might matter: - a Queen size bedroom with ensuite bathroom - 1 bedroom with a double bed - another separate bathroom - 1 large living room - wooden floors throughout - 1 fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer and washing machine) - 1 amazing patio Our apartment is a no shoes apartment. Located midway between Lisbon and Cascais, Carcavelos is just 15 minutes west of the Portuguese capital, the seaside resort of Carcavelos is a lively, cosmopolitan place with a long, golden stretch of sandy beach flying the coveted Blue Flag. The Nova SBE university lends all the city a thrill and exciting environment. To Lisbon, you will have the train at 10 minutes walking. The train takes around 20 minutes to the center of Lisbon. To the beach, just walk. It will take less than 10 minutes.
