You will stay in a town house with garden, in sunny Algarve, located in the central old part of Ferragudo, a picturesque Fishermen's village close to the Atlantic ocean. Recently renovated, with open space living room, well equipped kitchen (be careful, the knives are sharp!), quality appliances and stylish decoration. You will be in the middle of a lively village, just steps from the main square with many restaurants, with your own outdoor space to enjoy the Algarve sun. ** PLEASE NOTE: The house is located on the hill, in a street with STAIRS, 20 steps up from the road. ** Adjacent to the house is a tiny house with its patio, this is where we stay when we are in town. In case we’re not around, a phone number and email address will be provided. ** You will enter the property from the stairs through a small gate, walk through the garden to get to the house. The front door opens into the living area with comfy sofa and dining area. A kitchen island divides the space toward the kitchen. During renovation we took great care to keep original elements intact, like the kitchen cabinets and also the marble stairs to the first floor. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), and one with a bunk bed. The bathroom with shower, toilet and basin is on the same floor. New airconditioning units are installed in both bedrooms and the living room. Fast internet keeps you connected. Smart TV, with MEObox is available. Please note: no (micro wave) oven. You will be in the center of the village. This is a touristic area, with many activities in the summer months. PLEASE NOTE: The house is located on the hill, on a street with STAIRS, 20 steps up from the road. ** Adjacent to the house is a tiny house with its terrace, this is where we stay when we are in town. So chances are you’ll meet us but we’re quite friendly! ** Ferragudo is located where the Arade river meets the Atlantic ocean. It sits along the river and against a hill, and has many small streets and stairs. Praia Angrinha beach on the river side is at 5 minutes walking and Praia Grande beach on the ocean is at 10 minutes walking. Ferragudo is the perfect, central base for exploring the Algarve.
