Welcome to our farm! Our property overlooks the heart of Santa Barbara, TERCEIRA island, just ten minutes by car from Angra do Heroismo and thirty minutes by car from Lajes airport. Your home is an independent studio guest house with kitchenette, a large bathroom and a private entrance to the garden. The guest house is located next to our house. It has a balcony overlooking the village and is conveniently located a few steps from the church, two grocery stores, two restaurants, a cafe, and a bus stop. The space This recently renovated guest house is equipped with modern amenities and minimalist decoration. It has a private balcony with unobstructed ocean views and an outdoor area with a barbecue, picnic table, pizza oven, herb garden, and hammock. The studio in the garden is quiet and private, although you may hear noises from our farm, specifically three mischievous goats and a flock of chickens. And since the guest house is next to our house, you may also see me and my husband taking care of our gardens and animals. We will be happy to help you with any questions you have. If you visit during the seasonal celebration in August, you will be a few steps from the events, or you can watch the party from your balcony. The guest house does NOT have a full kitchen, although it has a mini fridge, induction hot plate, coffee maker, and tea maker (in addition to the outdoor kitchen areas), as well as a flat-screen smart TV, Wi-Fi, a large shower and views of Sao Jorge and Pico. Guest access You can go through anyone on the three levels of the property. The first level has a small garden, parking lot, goat pastures and an old water cistern. The second level is where the guest house and the main house are located, and the third level has a garden, a greenhouse and a stone building that used to be the family winery. During the summer months, we spend most of our time in the garden, and you can always join us and take advantage of the seasonal harvests.
