Studio for two people, ideally located in the town of Les Avirons in a quiet neighborhood below the owners' house. We will be happy to welcome you to the studio, located a 20-minute drive from the Bourbon golf course, the Etang Salé forest, the Bassin Pirogue beach, or Saint Leu. A small shop is a 3-minute walk away where you can stock up on supplies. You can use our electric bikes for a short seaside ride or a climb to Tévelave. The studio is rented for two people, but we can lend a baby crib if needed. Electric car charging is available (euros5). We practice geocaching and will be happy to introduce you if you are interested. The studio is on the ground floor; there is just a 3 cm step to access the terrace, making it accessible to people with reduced mobility. For late arrivals, we have a key box. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
