Property information

All our studios are very large and newly built having their private bathrooms, some of them featuring floor heating and all of them air conditioning; the property is in a nice courtyard where there is also parking space which can be used free of charge during our guests stay.

Neighbourhood information

The location is within the immediate vicinity of Central Park (150m) and of the beautiful lake within the park, which can be always a good alternative to spend some relaxing time; The Floreasca/Dorobanti or Herastrau areas which are very well known for the entertainment opportunities (cafes, pubs, restaurants, clubs, etc) are within walking distance or very short ride; The hospitals Matei Bals and Colentina are within 2-3 min walk; both Stefan cel Mare and Obor underground stations are within aprox.1km or 12-14 min. walk; Other public transportation includes buses no.330, 335 on Stefan cel Mare St., buses no.182,282 on Lacul Tei St. or tram no.16 on Lizeanu St.
