The ground floor features a smartly designed sleeping area with built-in bunk beds for four people ? ideal for children or friends traveling together. There is also a relaxing sauna with an adjoining bathroom, much appreciated after a day of activities. Upstairs, you'll find a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and sofa bed for two, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. There's also a separate WC on this floor for added convenience during your stay. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
