Newly built apartment by the sea at Snäck - a stone's throw from Visby's beautiful promenade and close to Visby Innerstad. The perfect accommodation for those of you who want to live close to everything Visby has to offer, with the opportunity to start the day with a refreshing morning swim down at Snäckstranden! Very nice apartment with a glimpse of the sea on the second floor with a nice balcony and wonderful light! Open social layout between kitchen and living room with sofa bed. Bedroom with family bunk bed. Fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is an associated parking space for the apartment. There are very nice cycle paths both to the north and south. If you cycle or walk along the sea, you will pass several beaches and eventually you will come to Visby Ringmur and Almedalen. This is the perfect accommodation for those of you who want to live a little outside the pulse of Visby innerstad but still have a comfortable distance to the central parts of Visby. But above all, the proximity to the sea, a beautiful sandy beach with a restaurant and pool area, the Love Path and other leafy walking trails in the Gotland nature. There are endless paths and picnic spots to be found here. Up on the mountain above the beach you can view the sea and Visby from other heights. Here you can enjoy many beautiful sunsets. In the inner city of Visby you can stroll through the rose-filled alleys, where Pippi Longstocking was filmed, eat well, shop in local shops, and take part in the history of the entire inner city. During Medieval Week you have the opportunity to experience the Middle Ages again. You can also explore the rest of the island, Fårö in the far north with its famous rauk areas and beaches where the sand is as soft as powder. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
