Welcome to this charming holiday cottage in Stenungsund, offering a magical view of the Hakefjord. With a large lawn for children to play and a fenced balcony for dogs to run freely, the house is well-suited for both families and four-legged friends. A short walk through a road tunnel (approx. 800 m) leads you to a lovely swimming area, while the surrounding Bohuslän coast invites you to enjoy both seaside relaxation and exciting excursions. The cottage is designed to make the most of its compact space. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with a sofa bed, Apple TV, comfortable seating, and a desk. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as a dining area. The bathroom includes a shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine, and underfloor heating, which is also installed in the hall and kitchen. From the living room, you can access the glazed outdoor room with a rattan sofa corner and breathtaking fjord views. The adjoining terrace with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill is perfect for long summer evenings. Upstairs, the cozy loft provides flexible sleeping arrangements with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and an additional folding bed if needed. Please note the loft has a slightly lower ceiling height, enhancing the snug cottage atmosphere. The area is vibrant in summer, especially around Surfviken, and you will find restaurants, bike rentals, and additional swimming spots such as Hawaii beach nearby.
