Quietly tucked away in the Centre of Pluzna, a small and quiet village in the Bovec valley, lies our house, with big garage, a stone throw away from the Slap Virje (a waterfall with emerald green pool), Bovec, Soca River. The house is located at the foot of the Kanin-Sella Nevea ski area. A golf course is situated in a 10 minutes walk from the house. We offer a spacious accommodation, that is perfect for a large family. Free Wifi, and LCD cable TV in every room. In the attic there is a movie/gameroom, with a full range of Nintendo games and videos that also serves as an extra bedroom. We offer perfect luxury with - on the ground floor - a sauna. A shower cabin, and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a big open plan living room with access to a balcony that offers a stunning 180 degree view on the mountains because of the wall to wall window. Our house has a small but fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and a kettle. In the middle of the living room there is a traditional tiled stove (wood burner). On the second floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Here one finds two bedrooms and a small reading nook for enjoying a bit of alone-time.

Love this 2 bedroom house! Love this location! Amazing stuff in cool area! In Slovene, we say Dobrodosli for “welcome” and Ljubezen for “love”. Druzina for “family” and Zaklad for “treasure”. In Slovene, we say Svoboda for “freedom”, Edinstven for “unique”, Hrepenenje for “longing” and Gora for “mountain”. Our family find these words to best describe “Luxurious Townhouse Petelin”, our unique treasure with mountain view. Everytime we leave Pluzna it is with a heavy heart; sadness for we long for the kindness of the people, the superb food (Hisa Franko, a restaurant in Kobarid, a town near Pluzna is even featured on Netflix’ Season 2 Episode 5 “Chef’s Table”) and the beautiful scenery with possibility to go hiking, fishing, hanggliding, horseback riding and even swimming in the emerald green water of the Soca river. Did you know that the movie “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian” was filmed in the Soca Valley in the summer of 2007? Dobrodosli with Ljubezen from our family to yours.
