The architects combined retail spaces on the ground floor, offices on the mezzanine, and apartments above a visionary urban concept at the time. Its façade, with large French-style windows and metal railings, contrasts elegantly with the surrounding classical architecture. Bratislavans still remember it as the home of the beloved "Mliečny bar" (Milk Bar), a self-service eatery that operated for decades on the ground floor.
