• Long Stay Bookings (14 nights or more): The 1st night payment is required upon making a reservation. Cancellation less than 7 days, full prepayment will be fully charged.
• Our Reservations Department will contact you and send a payment link via the message box.
If no payment confirmation is received, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the group or long stay booking without prior notice.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of THB 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
