( The caution will be refunded, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted. ) ✔ Water is included. ✔ Electricity is not included : 12 baht per kwh. ✔ Pets is not permitted. ✔ Smoking is not permitted in the villa (bedrooms, living room, ...).
