The fine print
Rates on 24 December and 31 December include compulsory gala dinners for 2 people. Extra person will be additionally charged by the hotel for a compulsory Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve gala dinners.
Raya Heritage will be undertaking renovations at Khu Khao Restaurant from June 15th to July 6th, 2025. This renovation will occur daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please be advised that increased noise levels are anticipated, particularly between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM during the first week of the project, due to the demolition of existing tiles. Alternative dining arrangements will be provided throughout the renovation period. During the renovation period, the Ai Waan Spa will operate from 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM. In-room check-in services will be provided in the event of noise disturbance during renovation hours
