-The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the name of the guest staying at the property.

-Renovation work on some of the 'Deluxe Garden View rooms' will be carried out from May 15th, 2025, until October 2025, from 09:00 to 17:00. Guests may experience some noise or light disturbances.

- Extra bed is available upon request for an additional charge of THB 1,900 net per child/person, per night.

- If you require and extra bed, you must notify the property 24 hours a day prior to arrival. Extra bed can be arranged in king size bedroom only.

For Experience package, for a minimum 3 nights stay, package includes • Daily breakfast for 2 adults and up to 6 in Duplex Villa • One time Experience per stay for 2 persons and up to 6 persons in Duplex Villa (with a choice of Thai Cooking class, Beach Picnic set inclusive a bottle of house wine, a seafood platter at Takieng with a glass of cocktail, or one time 45-min spa treatment). • Daily evening turndown delight • Daily Discovery hour “Punch Bowl Ritual” experience at the Lounge • Daily resort activities.

Half Board Package is inclusive of breakfast, daily 2-course lunch or dinner on food only (some premium items carry surcharges).

-Child age from 4-11 years sharing bed with parent, extra charges at THB 930 net/person/day inclusive of breakfast and half board meal plan from kid’s menu. Child below 4 receives complimentary breakfast. Child age from 12 years old is considered as an adult and must be paid upon check in.

All-Inclusive Package is inclusive of breakfast, unlimited lunch and dinner and unlimited drinks from All-inclusive menu (Additional surcharge is applied for premium menu), valid on available outlets from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. Operating hours is subjected to change, term and condition is applied.
