Due to its location, being within walking distance of Kadıköy’s coastline, all transportation routes are accessible 24/7 and are within walking distance. It is a region where you can easily reach all your personal needs on foot and access social areas based on your interests. The apartments and rooms, designed with a spacious architectural style, consist of a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment/room includes a double bed, work area, seating area, air conditioning, dining table, iron, ironing board, chairs, coffee tables, and wardrobes. In the bedroom, there is a seating area by the window that can be used and can accommodate one person for sleeping. The TV is connected to all channels, and also to Netflix and Prime Video. In the bathroom, there is a hairdryer, towels suitable for your needs, and hot water available 24/7. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, kettle, and all the necessary cookware, plates, glasses, and cutlery you might need for cooking. All bed linens, quilts, and bedspreads are available for use in both summer and winter. After reservation, I will share the paid parking options with you, which are within walking distance of the facility where you can park your cars. I also provide airport and city transfer services to my guests.
