Within walking distance the supermarket "Chudo Market", the Posad store, the Bakery coffee shop, Bufet pizza, fruit shops, the Barabashova market, the Radmir shopping center, Dafi, Karavan. The studio is perfect for an apartment, showroom, workshop, coworking, office, reception, recreation room, bachelorette party, cafe, streams, photo studio, to retire from the wife :-) New, beautiful designer renovation, super-LED illumination, panoramic windows. There is everything you need for comfortable living and working: kitchen, washing machine, electric stove, 2 sinks, large fold-out sofa, table and chairs, wardrobe, large smart TV plasma, Internet, Wi-Fi, metal door, dishes, glasses, clothes dryer, microwave, boiler with hot water.
