The apartment is new. Design repair made. According to the layout of the apartment, there is a bedroom isolated with a door and a large comfortable living room-studio. There is a kitchen with all appliances and utensils. Also, two bathrooms are available for guests to use - one with a shower and toilet, the other with only a toilet. There is also a loggia with a table and chairs, with a beautiful thuja tree. Where you can drink a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of good wine in the evening. For romantic evenings in the living room, you can turn on the fireplace. We provide guests with coffee, tea, sugar, shower gel and shampoo, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The guest pays a security deposit of UAH 2,000 (when staying for 1-13 days), UAH 5,000 (when staying for 14-21 days) or UAH 10,000 (when staying for 22 days or more). Or the equivalent in another currency. After eviction of the guest and acceptance of the apartment, the security deposit is returned.
