New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Be delighted with open style living! As you walk in the front door you enter the open living room with flat screen TV. Through the spacious living room is the kitchen and dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with an eat-in dining area and has a door to the deck and backyard. The deck has a dining set with gas grill. The yard has plenty of room for the kids to play, extra seating, and an enclosed outdoor shower. The grill master in the group will enjoy cooking up some burgers and chicken, while the kids kick a ball around and the adults sip on their favorite beverage. With a mix of sun and shade everyone is sure to be pleased. To the right of the living area is a hallway. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed. To the left is Bathroom #1 with a tub/shower combo. Further down the hall is Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed and Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and a trundle with two twin beds. The finished lower level has a family/game room with a Queen sleep sofa, flat screen TV and a small ping pong table for kids. There is also Bathroom #2, another full bathroom with a shower and the washer/dryer is on this level as well. It's an easy stroll to the end of the road where you will find deeded access right onto Oyster Pond! The public beach and Chatham village are just a half mile up the street!  Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability).
