Our focus is on helping people become homeowners through owner financing, especially those rejected by banks. I'm passionate about this work, and seeing our clients achieve the American dream is incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, the beach, fine dining, travel, and spending time with friends over drinks. My wife, Chely, brings flair to our listings with her staging expertise. My dad handles miscellaneous tasks, and our assistants Jade, Karen, and Jenessa are always available to answer questions. Our cleaning staff, including Mely, Fatima, Dayna, Laura, Sandra, Jessica, and Sory, ensure our properties are well-maintained, with backups in place for when someone is away. Being in real estate gives us access to skilled contractors like Julio for rehabs and repairs. We also offer home warranties and utilize multiple listings to support our guests' needs, ensuring they have a comfortable stay even in unexpected situations. Personally, I'm passionate about Short-Term Rentals, seeing homes transform and guests create lasting memories. Our home in Texas embraces the warm weather, humidity, and abundant woodlands, seamlessly blending into the natural landscape. It is a haven for various species of wildlife, including foxes, deer, coyotes, armadillos, raccoons, opossums, squirrels, ducks, woodpeckers, Cardinals, Blue Jays, and more. Additionally, our surroundings teem with smaller critters like lizards, frogs, honeybees, and other insects. It's important to note that encounters with Mother Nature's creatures are part of the experience, and therefore, we do not provide refunds for such encounters. As a playful nod to Texas, it's often said that the flying cockroach is the state bird. 😉 We invite you to revel in the natural beauty that surrounds us! Additional Amenities A crib is available upon request. We currently have 14 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival. If you need additional bedding such as extra pillows, air mattresses, or electric (heated) blankets, please feel free to make a request. A walker is also available upon request. Extra lighting options throughout the house Plenty of extra pillows of different sizes and firmness. Note: -Guests are expected to read & be willing to honor House Rules and the rental agreement. - No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). - Additional security deposit is required for every booking per House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. Unpaid deposit means no entry. - Pets are allowed but with an additional fee.
