Awesome design located in the city of Alexandria. Washington, D.C. The residence provides all the pleasures. Ideally suited for business executives and leisure seekers. You will be located 5 miles away from Ronald Reagan National airport, 7 miles away from White House and United States Capitol. Just 1 mile away from Old Town and Waterfront Park. You will also find hundreds of restaurants and shops close to the residence Wifi is included. Please note that check-in must be completed by one of our team members, and the latest check-in time is 10 pm. We appreciate your understanding. We do not provide wash cloth. Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. Pool only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation.
