THINGS TO KNOW - The pool/hot tub area is not gated nor locked; please supervise children at all times. - Guests may encounter local wild life including potentially dangerous animals. - NOISE: County Ordinance No. 847 regulating noise includes quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No amplified sound may be audible inside a residence. - TRASH: Trash and refuse shall not be stored within public view except in proper containers for collection. - DOGS: All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 12 vehicles. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. An optional fee of USD 500 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
