The two bedrooms and baths are located on the second floor, and a queen sofa sleeper, daybed, and half bath are on the first floor. You will find tile floors in the entry, kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet throughout rest of condo. Maximum Occupancy: 6 people / Bedroom 1: Cal King bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper + Day Bed This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** Occupants of Bahia Vista Condos subject to Owners Association Rules & Regulations. ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
