This impeccably furnished, brand-new home boasts high ceilings, lots of natural light, and a split floor plan, offering the primary bedroom on the main floor plenty of privacy. The chef will love the sleek, roomy kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, and lots of counter space for prep. The whole family can dine together at the adjacent table before heading out to explore. When you return, get cozy in front of the gas fireplace and watch a little TV, or opt for quiet conversation on the sectional in the loft upstairs. When bedtime calls, the kids will love the themed rooms upstairs - one for future golf pros and one for future cupcake aficionados - and the adults will love the en suite bathrooms in both of the other bedrooms. Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming.
