Hi! We are Jered & Carly and Josh & Kass. We are two families who built a Jacksonville-based hospitality company focused on providing quality accommodations with thoughtful design. But we don’t run everything ourselves - we have a team behind us 100% focused on you having a perfect stay. We have lived in and traveled to many different countries and love experiencing and learning about different cultures. From our personal experience as Airbnb guests to our professional experience in hospitality, we have high standards to provide the best stay. We all four are former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA) and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing or co-hosting yours.

The house has everything to enjoy the salt life Unit 122 (second level, building 1) consists of 2 bed/1.5 bath and is on the 2nd level. Unit 124 (second level, building 2) consists of 1 bed/1 bath and is on the 2nd level. Unit 126 (ground level, building 2) consists of 1 bed/1 bath and is on the 1st level. All bedrooms have queen beds with memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. Living rooms have smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime Four fully stocked kitchens. High-speed Xfinity wifi. This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
