Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere throughout the two-bedroom space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or curling up by the fireplace with a good book. Sip morning coffee on the screened patio, which offers lovely pond views and alfresco dining. There's also a balcony with additional seating. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining table, and all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Find the epitome of comfort in the spacious main bedroom, boasting a large closet and a lovely en suite bathroom. For convenience, a washer/dryer is provided. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who purchase amenity passes must do so on-site. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
