Looking for an amazing home close to Downtown Las Vegas? Look no further. This 4 bedroom 2 bath house will surely meet all your expectations. Enjoy a quiet evening on the patio enjoying the beautiful Las Vegas weather or relax inside in comfort with your family and friends. This home features a beautiful kitchen with all the cooking essentials and dishware. No parties or get together allowed. A 250 dollar security deposit hold will be authorized prior to arrival. This deposit will automatically be released if there are no damages after check out. Pets allowed with prior approval of owner for an additional 150 dollar charge. No smoking in the home of any kind, doing so will result in a 500 dollar charge. (Smoke outside and dispose of all butts) do not leave butts on the grounds. Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges.
