THINGS TO NOTE: - An additional half bathroom is located off the living space. - Washer and dryer in unit. - Parking passes will be provided for 2 cars. As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a FIVE DOLLARS per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. For reservations beginning January 1, 2026, this fee will increase to SEVEN DOLLARS per night, per vehicle. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it. On day of arrival all guests will have an AMENITIES PASS sent to them via text message to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge to obtain the parking pass. - This is a walk-down unit without an elevator. - The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - With over four decades of show business under their belts, they will have you and your family at the edge of your seats!
