The spacious, two-story interior features upstairs and downstairs living areas with plush sofa seating and smart 85-inch TVs. The downstairs living area has a wet bar equipped with a sink, a wine fridge, a beverage fridge, and an array of glassware. There's a well-equipped kitchen featuring a sink, a four-burner cooktop, an oven, a fridge, and a microwave for household convenience. If you want to relax indoors, cozy up to the electric fireplace and watch a movie in the theater area, or play darts, billiards, and foosball. Head out to the pool deck for game of cornhole or drinks by the firepit. If you're an athlete, there's a spacious gym with a Peloton bike and Xterra selectable weight dumbbells. If you’re a gamer, a PlayStation 5 is loaded with games for all ages. Additional family games, toys for younger guests, and books are available. The upstairs living area offers a spectacular view of the lake, a cozy ambience, and an open floor plan for easy relaxation. Adjacent to the panoramic dining area is expansive breakfast bar seating. You can keep the cook company while your cup runneth over with your choice of brew options from the coffee bar, offering traditional drip, single-cup, and espresso machines. The large kitchen includes an oven, an electric range, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an icemaker, a toaster oven, a pop-up toaster, a crock pot, and a microwave. You can also fire up the private gas grill and enjoy alfresco dining with lovely lake breezes out on the deck. Two patio tables come equipped with umbrellas and seating.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
