The ground level has ample parking, carports, a storage area with a half bath, and bulk heading for easy windsurfing and a kayak launch, fishing, and crabbing from the dock. The first level has four spacious bedrooms. The main suite has a private bath, and two bedrooms all have private entrances to the large deck with a hot tub and sound views.
