Newly built in 2020, this two-story home in Belgrade provides a gorgeous view of snow-capped mountains and a wonderful home base for your fly fishing, skiing, hiking, and rafting adventures in Bozeman, the beautiful Gallatin Valley, and the stunning Montana landscapes that await just beyond. This 3,000-square-foot home is part of Prescott Ranch, a brand-new community of Belgrade with a neighborhood park just around the corner. You'll be only a mile north of Main Street and two miles from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. It's a location that's incredibly central for unforgettable excursions: 12 miles to downtown Bozeman, 27 miles to Bridger Bowl Ski Area, and an easy day trip to Big Sky (45 miles) and Yellowstone National Park (90 miles). Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
