LIVING AREA Unwind into vacation mode on the leather sofa with a chaise in the living area. Toss a few logs of the provided oak or aromatic piñon in the wood-burning stove and stream favorite shows on the 50” smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up a tasty meal in the kitchen, equipped with a French-door refrigerator and a full suite of high-end appliances and gadgets. When it’s time to eat, convene around the dining table with seating for eight. BED & BATH This single-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms, each with charming custom highlights. Find ultimate comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed, vintage armoire, and direct access to the courtyard. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a spacious walk-in shower. Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, outfitted with a plush queen bed. The third bedroom features a full-size bed and a smart TV. The guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
