Company information

The company was established in 2014 with the sole purpose of welcoming guests and travelers to experience Fort Lauderdale. Our company is owner operated and we hope to give you a chance to stay in an affordale and functional home in sunny South Florida. We manage several houses/apartments/townhomes in the same neighborhood to ensure we are always nearby and available for our guests. In addition to the owners, we have several support staff including a guest relations manager, maintenance manager and speciality technicians who can be called to help if there is ever any problems. Although communication is always available , we prefer a hands off method and provide self check in and support through messaging so you never even have to call if you dont want to.

This property is super convenient to everything you need! It's also recently renovated with all the comforts of staying in a home but on vacation! All located on ground floor, spacious closets, 12'' deluxe mattresses, leather couches, no carpeting, free parking, free wifi, all new flat screen smart Roku tv's so you can stream any entertainment you like. Small outdoor bistro sets offer ability to smoke outside and keep rooms smoke free. This property is on a peaceful residential street but right off the main road leading to the nightlife of Fort Lauderdale downtown!
