Enjoy Downtown Knoxville from this new, comfortably-furnished condominium. This condo is within walking distance of everything the Old City and Downtown Knoxville have to offer with a convenient first floor coffee shop to help get you started each morning.
This authentic, cozy condo is part of the charming “Old City” area of downtown Knoxville. With many restaurants, bars, breweries, and activities within walking distance, we hope to offer everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The condo is situated just above the Historic Southern Railway Train Station. Once considered the hub of Knoxville, this station has been restored and is now home to an event venue and winery. You will have a parking pass for the parking lot adjoining the building. There is also free street parking directly in front of the building that is usually plentiful. You can easily walk to many bars, restaurants, and entertainment, however you will find plenty of e-scooters around for rent as well.
