This condo offers an unbeatable home base for year-round adventure thanks to its prime location at the base of Okemo Mountain Resort. Along with ski-in/ski-out access, this cozy condo boasts amazing mountain views and comes fully appointed for family comfort. Resort dining and gear rentals are also within walking distance. After a day on the mountain, stow your boots under the bench and hang your coats to dry on the dedicated hooks before settling down in front of the fireplace to unwind with shows and movies on the cable-equipped smart TV. The private balcony offers a scenic perch for morning coffee or aprés-skis. The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking. A traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig are included for even more morning brew convenience. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
