Comfortable modern vibe condo w/balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful view of the mountains. Enclosed parking garage. The complex is well maintained with a swimming pool, hot tub, playground and exercise room on-site. A park with playground and a dog park. Centrally located at the heart of Mesquite, 2 minutes off the freeway and minutes to the casinos and 7 PGA golf courses.
